Grand Ghost is a Kingdom Hearts:Final Mix exclusive heartless.
Location
Monstro- The chamber where the Parasite Cage (2nd time)is fought.
Strategy
The only way to defeat the Grand Ghost is by using healing items on it (Potions,Elixers, etc.)
Items
Freezing Drop (The number of of these it depends on the healing item you use.)
