The Heartless ~~appear on Sora~~'s ~~travels~~, ~~trying to steal hearts as per usual~~. ~~Before~~ the Keyblade Graveyard, ~~Sora fights a large group~~ of ~~Heartless~~, backed by Unversed and Nobodies.

A [[Demon Tide]] appeared in [[Twilight Town]] and chased [[Hayner]], [[Pence]] and [[Olette]] before retreating from a battle with [[Sora]], [[Donald]] and [[Goofy]].

The [[Real Organization XIII]] sends Heartless to other worlds in their search for the [[New Seven Hearts]] and discovering how real they can make [[replica]]s, with several powerful Heartless like the [[King of Toys]], [[Grim Guardianess]], [[Skoll]] and [[Darkubes]] being created as result.

While transformed by [[Ansem, Seeker of Darkness|Ansem]]'s darkness, [[Anti-Aqua]] commanded a [[Demon Tower]].

When the [[Seven Guardians of Light]] arrived at the [[Keyblade Graveyard]], they faced off with an army of Heartlles, backed by Unversed and Nobodies. Following [[Terra-Xehanort]] being repeled by Donald, a Demon Tide appeared and swallowed the Guardians, spitting them out across the worlds for the [[Lich]] to ferry their hearts to the abyss. After being rescued from that fate, they are faced with a second army of Heartless summoned by [[Dark Riku]], only for [[Master Yen Sid]] to appear and create a path through the dark creatures.
