The Lone Runner can be found exclusively in the Ballroom in the [[Castle of Dreams]], once Terra~~, Ventus~~ or Aqua have completed their exploration of that world. There are many Lone Runners that will appear at will, and many of these will run as far away as possible from the player character.

The Lone Runner can be found exclusively in the Ballroom in the [[Castle of Dreams]], once Terra or Aqua have completed their exploration of that world. Ventus, on the other hand, only has access to the inside of the Chateau, and will therefore be able to access the Lone Runner challenge in the Wardrobe Room.

There are many Lone Runners that will appear at will, and many of these will run as far away as possible from the player character.

Start by using a Shotlock with an especially high lock-on count -- [[Meteor Shower]] is very, ''very'' good for this purpose. Fully leveled up, a player character can get three consecutive uses of the Meteor Shower command before depleting his/her Focus gauge. Once the Focus gauge is depleted, go for a variety of attacks to boost the gauge up:
