ENX: Did you read the logs for the roundtable? The justifications can be found there. Essentially, we aren't classing the action renders as "fanart" since they have still been taken from the game. That's the reason why it was decided to allow them to remain. If you have any rebuttals to the points raised in the roundtable, do voice them so we can debate it.
