Air Combo Plus is an ability.
It increases the maximum amount of combos in the air by 1.
In Kingdom Hearts II, leveling Master Form to levels 4 and 6 will add Air Combo Plus to Sora's abilities. The Star Seeker keyblade also has Air Combo Plus as the default ability.
Air Combo Plus costs 1 AP to equip.
