Before entering the Coliseum, there are a few {{Wtext|Chests|t}} that you should open. One is located behind the left columns of the Coliseum's entrance, containing a {{Wtext|Mega-Potion|i}}. Another is located near a {{Wtext|Blue Trinity|i}} which contains a {{Wtext|Mythril Shard|i}}, and another {{Wtext|Blue Trinity|i}} on the other side containing Dalmatians 22, 23 and 24. Now enter the Coliseum, where you'll notice a strange looking satyr attending to something. Talk to him, and the satyr will ask {{Wtext|Sora|c}} to move a nearby block of stone. Attempt to push it and you'll discover that it is far too heavy. Talk to the satyr again, and he'll finally look at {{Wtext|Sora|c}} and realize his mistake.
Before entering the Coliseum, there are a few {{Wtext|Chests|t}} that need tending to. The satyr, {{Wtext|Philoctetes|c}} (commonly known as Phil), will then put {{Wtext|Sora|c}} on a test involving barrels. Complete the barrel rounds within the time limit and you'll obtain {{Wtext|Thunder|w}}. This mini-game is not very easy to complete, as some barrels are out of reach, and require precise timing to destroy.

However, {{Wtext|Phil|c}} is not impressed with {{Wtext|Sora|c}}'s skills, forbidding him from entering the games. As you leave the building, {{Wtext|Hades|c}} will hand {{Wtext|Sora|c}} an {{Wtext|Entry Pass|i}}, which will allow him to enter the games. Head back inside, and get ready for the games.

|strategy=Avoid his attacks—he will do some stationary slide-slashes. Cloud can also fly around the arena, slashing Sora. Just Dodge Roll and block his attacks and counterattack. Use {{Wtext|Potions|i}} to heal.

After this battle, a large three-headed dog, known as {{Wtext|Cerberus|e}}, will appear and attack {{Wtext|Cloud|c}}. However, another man, {{Wtext|Hercules|c}}, will appear and fight {{Wtext|Cerberus|e}} as the party escapes.

Though your team will be too weak at this point, to complete this world you need to defeat {{Wtext|Cerberus|c}}. You'll have a larger chance if you have already defeated {{Wtext|Clayton|c}} (as he rewards the player with {{Wtext|Cure|w}}). Once you are ready, enter the arena.

|strategy=Cerberus has numerous attacks. He will use fireballs and he will bite you. Make sure to utilize {{Wtext|Cure|w}} a lot, if you have it. After you get halfway through his HP, he will use an attack in which he spits black darkness into the ground, which will sprout out underneath you. Keep Dodge Rolling during this segment of the battle. Utilize combos and {{Wtext|Cure|w}} often.
