You're very right, this is one holiday I love, especially the candy part [cue to candy swoon]. ALAS, we don't celebrate it in Mexico, well not as you do up there. We actually celebrate November 1st and 2nd as Dia de Muertos; the whole Halloween thing is just something that rubbed off from American influence, but it's not as important. On the good side we do go out and hunt for candies >8D but we also put up super massive offerings for the people who died while dancing around a bonefire and offer a human sacrifice or two <small>*cackle*</small>.
