That leaves the difference between "Add" and "Unit". I ''believe'' that the "add" stats are what that weapon adds to your basic stats, and the "unit" stats are how much each equipped unit adds to that stat. Can anyone with Days verify this? For example, according to the guide, the Umbrella is:
