:There's an uploaded recording of World Tour from one of the 2017 concerts on SoundCloud separated into two parts. It's the full concert and has all of the dialogues included. The only thing is that it's not in the best quality, so translating them might not be very easy. I don't know Japanese myself, so I couldn't do the translations either.
