358 is the number of days Xion was in existence. The "/2" ("Over two") part represents Sora and Roxas. Xion says that the memory of her existence (358 days) will live on through those two people (/2).

No, Nomura screwed up with the 'battle system' and no Nintendo has the graphics or engine that could bring this game to its peak.
