Tornado (トルネド, Torunedo) is a Sleight that appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories, and an Ultimate Magic Command that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It is used by Sora and Ventus to create a controllable whirlwind that capture the enemies that get close enough to it.
