I'll be removing these lines; too many lines, too many restrictions here. And what's worse, it's pushing our pages down, especially for casual readers. These are more ideal for a page like "Kingdom Hearts Wiki:Follow da Rules" or "Kingdom Hearts Wiki:Read or Ban", which I do not recommend.

I recommend the site notice used for temporary wiki-wide notices. For instance, I will be replacing these "please do not" lines with a notice on a "spring cleaning session" soon. I think the standards note (see section above), urge to vote for Featured content, and social content reminder should be taken down since they're all quite outdated. We shouldn't keep the same notice out for too long, otherwise I think it loses its meaning. Would it be possible to move the code from this page to a page everyone can edit (like KHWiki:Sitenotice), and transclude that page on this page? For some reason the Site Notice title starts out pink, then switches suddenly to white before starting a cycle where it fades to a dark blue color, then white, then to dark blue over and over again. :The sitenotice has the color set to pink (#F4BBFF). The title is given the css class "altcolors", which looking at [[MediaWiki:Gadget-GlobalStyle.css]], alternates between white and grey every 5 seconds after a 1 second delay. So that's why it only looks pink for a moment, the altcolors animation hasn't kicked in yet.
