Also I think I remember being able to escape from battles in Re:coded too, in OC. I don't think the Wiki covers that anywhere so there are two options: 1) Create a page for it or 2) Merge it into an existing page. I prefer 2 but I can't think of a page to include it in. I already have some info about COM escaping (you keep XP you got in the battle so far, for example) and I do think escaping info is worth adding somewhere. Another thing I wanted to talk about is magic (and item) shortcuts. Again I don't think we've covered it but it is a gameplay element so I think we should do either 1) create a page for it or 2) merge it into an existing page. For this one, I prefer 1 since the only page I can think to merge it with is Magic but since KH and KHII shortcuts include items too (verify this for me please), it wouldn't be right. Shortcuts appear in every game but COM so I think there's a lot to can talk about so it can easily get its own page.}}

{{Xion4ever|time=02:33, 9 December 2012 (UTC)|text=On running away from battles (COM/RE:COM): I don't think such a thing merits its own article. Even a subsection seems a bit too much to me. I can see a brief mention under gameplay elements or mechanics...something like that. For example: "COM introduces the addition of a card battling system. During battle Sora's attacks are limited strictly to the cards he brings into battle....Unlike other Kingdom Hearts games, COM introduced a formal process on fleeing battle. Indeed, if the player wishes to leave the battle, Sora must simply run to either the far left or far right side of the screen. A yellow bar will then appear. Once it is filled, Sora will successfully exit the battle, still retaining any EXP gained from defeated enemies." Something like that, methinks.
Same thing for magic shortcuts. I thought we mentioned somewhere that magic shortcuts are available. A brief mention like "the circle, square, triangle, x buttons can be programmed as shortcuts for magic spells and items, as chosen by the player."}}
