Reflecting on recent years, it's clear that the most successful events are those that don't require a huge amount of time, effort or skill so I suggest that for 2016, a year slightly lacking in activity, we adapt the user trivia contest from back in 2014. My idea is we split into two groups (individually works too but teams are more fun) and each person writes three interesting/shocking/embarrassing statements about themselves, two of which are lies. Each group has to guess which of the other team's statements are true. Do discuss your thoughts for improvements on this idea or propose an entirely new idea if you have one!

On a mostly unrelated note, I am planning to Editor-in-Chief a magazine issue to release in January, which would include the EoYE results as always. However, depending on the amount of content sent in to the wiki's email, the issue will probably be reduced to a smaller number of pages. I haven't worked out any details on how this would work and I haven't even updated the Journalist Spot with this because I'm lazy. But that said, everyone please send in as many pieces as you can so that we have enough to publish the issue and discuss your thoughts on the magazine's future. If I remember correctly, the format which was used last time worked quite well, and we didn't have too many difficulties seeing the event through to completion. I like your above idea, FM, so long as you're able to flesh out the details in such a way that the event will go smoothly.

The latter sounds a bit complicated to me if indeed it is the case. Otherwise, well done on taking the initiative!}}

-I meant the former, sorry for not being clear. As for details, people would send in their user trivia by email, one person will be in charge of handling those emails and will not be allowed to compete in a team. The trivia will be published to teams and they must find their own method of communicating off wiki to discuss answers. Each person will send in their answers via a googleform.
-Also, I'll point out that people who want to share trivia but not compete in a team would still be able to participate; they can send their trivia to the email and both teams can have a crack at it, which is still fair.
