This is caused by the line, "<span style='background:#fff5dd;font-family:monospace'>document.getElementById('userData').insertBefore(wlObj, document.getElementById('header_mytalk').nextSibling);</span>", which is because there is no "header_mytalk" identifier on Monobook.
