Slide (スライド, Suraido) is a technique in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind. It allows the user to dodge attacks by dashing across the ground.

Mechanics

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Slide is a Movement command exclusive to Terra that has a maximum level of 4. It allows him to dash across the ground to dodge attacks by pressing . Leveling it up increases the distance covered. While it covers more distance than Dodge Roll and Cartwheel, it has the least invincibility frames. Equipping Slide also allows Terra to equip Sonic Impact.
