Guard is an ability that Sora can use in Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II, and Kingdom Hearts coded. Organization XIII can also use various forms of it in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It is one of the most useful abilities in both games. It is triggered using 
. In Kingdom Hearts coded, you can use a Guard License upon the acquisition of the Hero's License.
It can not only deflect enemy attacks, but it also shoots back projectiles (Fat Bandit's fireballs, Fortuneteller's icicles, etc.)
Also, some enemies have moves or parts similar to Guard (ex: Large Body's stomach).
