Gummi Blocks in Kingdom Hearts II come in a variety of forms and types that affect a Gummi Ship's stats and abilities during flight. Gummi Blocks are divided into two main categories: Material Gummies and Deco Gummies. Material Gummies form the base of the Gummi Ship, while Deco Gummies consist of Weapon, Movement, and Auxiliary Gummies.

Gummi Blocks have several stats:

  • Cost (コスト Kosuto?) determines the cost of placing the Gummi Block. Gummi Ships have a Cost Limit that cannot be exceeded.
  • HP (HP?) determines the total amount of HP of the Gummi Ship.
  • Offense (アタック Atakku?, lit. "Attack") is the attack power of the Gummi Ship.
  • Power (パワー Pawā?) is a multiplier for the damage dealt to enemies.
  • Speed (スピード Supīdo?) determines the movement speed of the Gummi Ship.
  • Mobility (ロール Rōru?, lit. "Roll") determines the speed when rolling.

Material Gummies[edit]

Material Gummies (マテリアルグミ Materiaru Gumi?), or Material/G, are divided into type by shape, they usually serve as the framework for a Gummi Ship. Material Gummies are divided into five types: Bevelled Gummies (エッジグミ Ejji Gumi?, lit. "Edge Gummi") have sharp edges, Curved Gummies (カーブグミ Kābu Gumi?, lit. "Curve Gummi") have rounded edges, Pipe/G (パイプグミ Paipu Gummi?) are cylindrical in shape,[1] Aero Gummies (エアログミ Earo Gumi?) are flat pieces that give a boost in Mobility, and Gummi Lumps (セットグミ Setto Gumi?, lit. "Set Gummi") are several Gummi Blocks lumped together into bigger shapes.
