Cannon Gun
Template:Heartless/KHII The Cannon Gun (エイミングキャノン Eimingu Kyanon, lit. "Aiming Cannon"), also translated as the "Li'l Cannon" in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, is a Heartless that, unlike most aggressive Heartless attack tactics, it avoids you and close combat as much as possible; however, it still is going to keep you moving. Its main attack includes creating a target emblem on the floor tracking you, and fire cannon bombs (as the name implies) while you're not cautious. Get in close or use magic to destroy the Cannon Gun before the bomb lands! Cannon Gun can be an annoying enemy, especially when paired with aggressive Heartless, since they are good attack supporters.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days
Though small, these cannon Heartless can fire shots that rain down from above. Use dodge rolls or air slides to evacuate the target area.
Their head-on shots can be returned with a block. Be warned: regular attacks won't throw them off balance.
Kingdom Hearts II
It shoots bombs from afar, so defeat it immediately. Avoid areas of potential bomb drops while attacking.
It runs off when approached, so follow it closely and defeat it.

Strategy
A good way of finishing them quick is to cast Magnet on attract them and finish them of with a strong spell. Alternately, changing into Wisdom Form and sniping from afar is also a good tactic, since Sora can move while attacking in this form. Also, Sora is considerably faster in normal form as well, So it may be chased after.

- The Cannon Guns are coloured orange in Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix.
- A powered-up version of the Cannon Gun, called the Silent Launcher, can be found in the Cavern of Remembrance in Final Mix.
