Anti-Sora is indeed a heartless. Just before you face it on Captain Hook's ship, you encounter Riku who states that he has control over the heartless and then he creates it to battle Sora. [[AntiSora]]'s page even says it's a pureblood heartless (no emblem on it). | |||

As for the glowing eyes - Roxas does that as well in the Deep Dive video, so there's that. The rest of this was also discussed [[Talk:Anti-Riku|here]]. While it seems obvious that they would be Heartless, there is nothing that I know of that suggests that they are anything more than a palette swap. | |||
