Critical Boost (クリティカルアップ Kuritikaru Appu, lit. "Critical Up"), also translated as Critical Plus in Kingdom Hearts, is an ability that appears in Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded In Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, equipping the ability increases the odds of dealing critical damage, with the effect boosted with more equipped, and in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, it allows you to potentially deal critical hits with any kind of attack. In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, it's an ability which allows the user to deal more critical hits when their HP is reduced to 25%.

- Sora learns Critical Plus at levels 21, 69, and 90 with the Dream Rod; levels 48, 78, and 90 with the Dream Sword; and levels 51, 75, and 90 with the Dream Shield.
- Tarzan has Critical Plus as a default ability.
- Aladdin has Critical Plus as a default ability.
- Peter Pan has Critical Plus as a default ability.
- Beast has Critical Plus as a default ability.
Kingdom Hearts Final Mix
- Sora learns Critical Plus at levels 48 and 75 with the Dream Shield, levels 84 and 99 with the Dream Sword, and levels 96 and 100 with the Dream Rod; he also learns it after completing the Hercules Cup alone.
