:Seconded. I've been observing Byz's behaviour for some time and I am also convinced that he does not have the capacity for self-improvement or reformation. He wasn't temporarily banned recently, yet he insists on maintaining a toxic presence here, proving he hasn't learnt from his mistakes. The message above "I don't even care anymore" is further evidence that he is not willing to make amends for his actions.
