So, lets say a person wants to start a wiki, but can't host it. They can look on the list, and choose someone from it and contact them, requesting hosting. | |||
Then, if the host approves of the request, a wiki is set up and started to get worked on. | |||
After some time, When the editors think the wiki is ready, they submit their candidacy for SCIWA. | |||
So... it is kind of like what Sove is doing... offering to host Ratchetpedia. And if he can't, and you can't, then the list is avalbile for you as a place to see possible people to host the wiki. (And potentially, SCIWA in general). | |||
