To anyone else looking into this game, here is what I've found concerning its release date.
Disney Create was established around September 2009.

- This corroborates the "late 2009 or earlier" claim from the old Disney Create wiki, for what it's worth: [3]
The Digital Painter games are assumed to have launched with the service, but that is not confirmed. The release date of the Kingdom Hearts Digital Painter is likewise unknown.
