358 is the number of days Xion was in existence. The "/2" ("Over two") part represents Sora and Roxas. Xion says that the memory of her existence (358 days) will live on through those two people (/2).

Nomura: That’s the question that everyone has to ask in interviews. (laughs) There is an answer, but I think it’s best not to answer it. Well okay, I’ll give a little hint. “/2” is read in English as “over two”, but this isn’t the kind of over that means to “pass over” something. The 358 days are shared between two people, so “/2”, but I’d rather you imagine which two we are talking about. After you’ve finished playing it you might change your mind about who the two people are.

Roxas will probably have to fight Riku twice on his own near the end of the game, and after defeating him twice, we can assume the ending cutscene will be Roxas getting beaten easily by Riku in Xehanort's Heartless form. No, Nomura screwed up with the 'battle system' and no Nintendo has the graphics or engine that could bring this game to its peak. They need to let the good developers for something like this, like microsoft and sony do it. They should have learned from the CoM bust.
