The following is a list of editors who have proved themselves worthy of earning positions of prestige in the database. Such positions are awarded to those who continually show that they are willing to create and write in-depth articles, cover a scope of a project, and/or revert vandalism.

This wiki's active staff consists of "Administrators" and "Moderators", all of whom are "[[Kingdom Hearts Wiki:IRC#Channel OPs|Operators]]" for the Wiki's IRC channels, #KHWiki-noticeboard and #KHWiki-social.
The Kingdom Hearts Wiki's list of active staff consists of three types of editors:
*'''Administrators''' - These editors are responsible for blocking vandals and deleting unnecessary files and pages. Also known as "sysops," they have rollback rights and can move images. Another type of administrator exists in the form of bureaucrats, who have sysop abilities and are also able to change users' rights. Administrators whose names are written in gold on the list below are bureaucrats.
*'''Moderators''' - These editors have been given rollback rights by a bureaucrat. They can edit fully-protected pages, move articles without having to worry about spam restrictions, rename files, suppress redirects, delete pages, and approve edits made by IP editors and new users.
*'''Developers''' - These editors maintain the Kingdom Hearts Wiki itself. They can adjust the site's functions but do not maintain its articles and content.
