After gaining back consciousness from the avalanche, Sora briefly encounters [[Olaf]]. Determined to talk with Elsa again, Sora, Donald, and Goofy start their ascent up the mountain. As the trio reaches a frozen pond, Sora recognizes [[Olaf]] walking among [[Anna]], [[Kristoff]], and [[Sven]]. Realizing both parties are searching for Elsa, they decide to find her together. Anna, Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf agreed to move on ahead, while Sora, Donald and Goofy are left behind to defeat the Heartless horde. After defeating the Heartless, Sora and the gang decides to catch up with the rest of the group. Scaling up multiple cliffs of the wintery mountains, the trio reaches up to the North Mountain once again and revisits Elsa's ice palace. Inside the ice palace, Anna confronts Elsa in hopes to end the eternal winter, only in resulting Elsa to have a breakdown and accidentally striking Anna with her ice magic. Sora, outside of the palace, senses this with a heartache, conjuring that something terrible has happened in the palace. Just as Sora is about to enter into the palace, Elsa's bodyguard, [[Marshmallow]], dismisses Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf. Both the trio and the Arendelle gang are pursued the the bulky bodyguard, causing Sora to split up from Anna. On the way, the trio is intercepted by [[Hans]], carrying unconscious Elsa. The trio ponders if Hans was helping Elsa, but senses a dark and malignant aura being emitted from the foreign prince. Just as the trio decides to pursue Hans, they run into Marshmallow, who is pursuing Elsa for the sake of her safety. On the way back to the kingdom of Arendelle, Sora and the gang is struck by a vicious blizzard. Sora catches up with Kristoff and Sven, and asks Kristoff where Anna went. Kristoff explains that Anna was struck by Elsa's ice magic and that only an act of true love can save Anna from being frozen solid. After Kristoff clarify that Hans is Anna's love and can possibly save her, Sora and the gang awkwardly presumed Kristoff was Anna's boyfriend. Afterwards, another blizzard strikes Arendelle, causing Kristoff to be worried for Anna's safety. | |||
The trio and Krisfoff finds Anna, feebly walking, on the frozen fjord. Just as Anna and Kristoff were about to reunite, Anna spots Hans from a distance preparing to slay Elsa. Given with a quick dilemma, Anna quickly rushes in to protect Elsa from Hans, while completely freezing herself. The heavy impact between Hans's sword and Anna's frozen body, knocks Hans unconscious. The darkness soon begins to emit from Hans's heart, sucking Sora, Donald, and Goofy into a dark portal. Within the portal, a massive Heartless, [[Sköll]], appears forth to the trio as Marshmallow joins in the fray with Sora. | |||
After defeating Sköll, Sora and the gang escapes form the dark portal and returns back to the frozen fjord on Arendelle. Sora sees Elsa mourns over Anna's frozen body as Kristoff, Sven, and Olaf stand in solemn silence. Out from a sacrificial act of true love, Anna's frozen body is restored and the two sisters embrace and rejoice. Before Sora and the gang can intervene, Larxene halts the time of Arendelle and confronts the trio with the Real Organization XIII's plan. Larxene informs Sora with the completion of the thirteen seekers of darkness and how both Anna and Elsa's role as the New Seven Hearts will bring fruition to the Keyblade War. Sora angrily tells Larxene to leave innocent people out this, following by Larxene to instruct Sora to gather the seven guardians of light to prevent any side casualties. As Larxene leaves Arendelle, the time of the world resumes. | |||
While Anna and Elsa are reconciling, Sora begins to worry for the sisters' safety from the Real Organization XIII. Goofy and Donald consoles Sora, informing the strength of the two sisters is enough for their safety. Sora agrees as the Anna and Elsa shines with sisterly love. Elsa realizes that love is the key emotion to control her cryokinetic abilities, allowing her to undo the eternal winter that curses Arendelle. As the warm sunny weather returns, everyone celebrates and rejoice. | |||
Sometime after [[Xehanort]]'s defeat, Anna and Kristoff has gone sledding as Elsa forms an ice ramp for their safe landing. | |||
