After the battle with Shan Yu, the crowd's reaction to the Emperor's "You have saved us all" is different per version; in the PS2 version (at least the original/PAL version), they cheer wildly; in the 2.5 version, they bow to Mulan instead (which is closer to the source film, thank goodness), and their sprites look more like soldiers.
