Also, just so everyone knows, the last consensus was that we show all inhabitants of a world, meaning everyone you see that isn't explicitly a visitor - so, Traverse Town would list everyone ''living'' there, such as Gepetto, while Monstro would be basically empty. Also, these should either be in Journal order, or alphabetical. Also, how do we want to list characters that aren't listed in the journal, don't have official names, or are mentioned but don't appear?
