As for your userpage, I think it'd be good to show you how to make the table you want. Above in the welcome message is a link to the User page. On it is a pretty simple wikitable. You just need to copy that table's code (click "edit" first) to your userpage, and then replace the default and blanks spaces with whatever you want. You can remove lines that you don't want to fill out (for example, the "A.K.A" part) or replace them with things you want to add (say, you want to add "Other games", then you can remove some existing line, the "Limits", for example, and replace it with "Other games").
