I'm not sure if you are aware but most of this Wiki's editors have moved to a new Wiki Adress in relatiation to the ignorance of Wikia. Lapis is one of these editors. Equip the strongest shotlock you have; Ultima Cannon for Terra, Lightbloom for Aqua and Multivortex for Ventus, alternatives that are easily obtainable are Flame Salvo for Terra, Prism Rain for Aqua and Ragnarok for Ventus. Make sure to level up AT LEAST 80, if you can't get him then, then proceed to level up to 99. If you can't get to 80, I'd suggest 60. Least you can try to attempt at is 50. Make sure to use the strongest Keyblade you can get; Stormfall, Ends of the Earth and Lost Memory are good, but fight Vanitas Remnant to get Void Gear which is a bit stronger. Some matches in the Mirage Arena will give you more HP, but HP isn't the problem, it's dodging him, so keep dodging.
