:For the record, I did do a quick overview of the article before voting - in fact, I always make sure to do a quick scan of a nominated article, to be sure it has no stubs or notices on top. That being said, at the time of this voting I was quite busy, and didn't really have the time to do an actual read of the article. I apologize, as the FA has kind of become my unofficial responsibility as of late, and I promise I will be more careful going forward.
