Can someone please tell me why Square Enix keep releasing Final Mix titles? This site categorizes them as remakes, but last I checked, it's not normal to announce a remake of a game, in the same month that it is released. It's not like the additional content couldn't have been programmed into the game from the start. To me, it just feels like an attempt to sell more games more than anything else, since the original games don't tend to sell as well as they should. The game was not announced 'in the same month that it is released', since Final Mix is only for Japan, and the Japanese version of the original was released in January. But you're right about the two being very close together. [[Special:Contributions/82.37.246.236|82.37.246.236]] 13:45, September 18, 2010 (UTC)
