-At this point it is shown that Heartless exist through 2 scenes- one where Master Xehanort summons Neo Shadows in order to make Ventus embrace the darkness and another scene where Aqua is confronted by 2 Darksides.
-It is unknown whether any Nobodies exist at this point however presumably as Heartless exist during this period- so do the Nobodies as they are the remnants left when a Heartless is created.
