Player and their Chirithy are sitting in the Fountain Square until they see Ephemer to whom they last heard became one of the new Union leaders. It asks how Skuld has been from him they learn she has been a great help and that Ephemer has brought Lauriam with him to ask Player about his sister Strelitzia. As the group heads for inside the tower they discover heartless and glitches battling their way through. The group make it to the entrance of the Control Room, where the Player and Emphemer saved Ven from the Darklings, however Chirithy was hesitant on letting the Player enter aware that this room was only for the Foretellers but was assured by Emphemer making their way in to meet with Brain.{{storylink|Quest 870: Clock Tower Investigation Pt. 5}}
