"Memory" would also be an accurate translation, and would be much more relevant considering Chain of Memories.GloriousCHAOS! 19:30, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
But the point is these come from the Cavern of Remembrance and they both use the same word (tsuioku). Chain of Memories doesn't use tsuioku once, I don't think; it switches between kioku and omoide, while the actual title drop is kioku no kusari.—Urutapu 20:14, 24 July 2009 (UTC)
Okay, I got it now. Yeah, Remembrance is perfect.GloriousCHAOS! 07:19, 25 July 2009 (UTC)
Help
I need a lot of help with this article and Remembrance:
Can you buy Remembrance materials from the Moogle?
At what percentages are the drops handled?
What color are they?
Can we get the item description?GloriousCHAOS! 02:09, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
I think I might have some images of these. But they're small and taken from videos. - HeartOfOblivion 02:40, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
1- From what I read (www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/935702/40649), you cannot buy Remembrance materials. The only way they seem attainable are: defeating certain enemies, and in certain treasure chests.
2- Percentages (found from www.ffrepublic.com/news/square-enix/Kingdom-Hearts-II-Final-Mix-Roundup-448):
Rememberance Shards Perplex 6% Iron Hammer 10% Silent Launcher 6%
Rememberance Goo Air Viking 6% Magic Phantom 10% Lance Warrior 10% Necromancer 10% Mad Bumper 6%
Rememberance Stone Spring Metal 10% Rune Master 10% Mad Bumper 12%
Rememberance Crystal Reckless 12%
Thats's all I have, hope it helps.

That article doesn't list that any synthesis material can be bought (I already read it), so it's not an answer. Thanks, though.
Ok. No problem. Glad to be of some help.
