Horace Horsecollar is a character in the Timeless River World. He does not play any essential role other than walking around the Cornerstone Hill with Clarabelle Cow and Clara Cluck.

An old friend of King Mickey, Queen Minnie, and the other folks at Disney Castle. Horacc wouldn't be Horace without his big plow collar. He's also close friends with Clarabelle Cow.
