A form of Heartless that is found in Neverland in Kingdom Hearts one and Port Royal in Kingdom Hearts II. It is an artifitial Heartless bearing the Heartless symbol and flies with a paraglider-like thing. It was originally designed for Neverland so its attire matches that of cartoon pirates and sticks out in Port Royal.
