Soon after, an injured Xemnas appears, and the Lingering Sentiment recognizes Xemnas, calling him "Xehanort". Xemnas, who was forgotten all about his past, becomes surprised. Then, the Lingering Sentiment attacks him, but Xemnas blocks his attack. Then, suddenly, he (Xemnas) remembers something... he remembers to have seen that warrior before, and he finally says his name: "Terra..." Having remembered who Terra is, the two engage in a fierce, long battle, which ends with Terra winning. Xemnas is not disposed to give up, so he attacks the Lingering sentiment with a burst of darkness, which Terra blocks and then, attacks him with a burst of light, which weakens Xemnas. He (Xemnas) sudenly says that he wont lose his memories again, but Terra responds " Maybe not, but have already lost everything.
