-Beating Cloud is relatively easy if you are of moderate level. Simply equip dodge roll and your strongest keyblade and you are good to go.  Basically, every time he does his little "sonic blade" move, dodge roll. Unlike the first battle, Cloud then jumps in the air and drives his sword into the ground. To avoid this, just jump. You will not receive damage unless you are super close or on the ground. The jumping technique also allows you to sneak in a few hits while he is pulling his sword out. When he uses his dark power and starts to fly, he is basically invincible, so just be patient and wait it out.  Then repeat when he goes back to normal. Easy as pie.
