+:As Kryten said, there's almost no time between KH2 and KH3. Between BBS and KH1 is a 10-year gap. That's why events happening during those years can be put in a separate header. Since we don't have a clear time period for any of the events you mentioned, everything that happens during KH3 gets put under the KH3 header. An exception for this would be Jack's deal with Davy Jones, because that is confirmed to take place thirteen years before KH3.
