After reaching its final HP bar, the boss will fly upwards beyond Sora's reach. Sora must hurry to a glowing portion of Monstro's frozen body and hit it to activate [[Bubble Burst]]. This will thaw out Monstro and encase him in a bubble, with Sora riding atop him. From there, Sora must use Monstro to chase the boss across the seas. In this phase, the boss can only fire circular lasers in an attempt to pop Monstro's bubble, but they can easily be dodged.
