I noticed that the page now speculates that collecting money might be how to fill Pete's D-Link command gauge. :In [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMqofz-UPNY&t=127s this video], you can see someone use Surprise! to make the Unknown drop munny, quickly switch to Pete's D-Link, which immediately fills the gauge without attacking because of the munny.
