::Storywise, no. Disney Town is Disney Town. Disney Castle is Disney Castle, unless you're planning to make Disney Castle a place instead of a world, which would be going against KH and KHII. Methink the 2 articles should be merged together but still counting both as worlds until BBS release, so that we can see if the castle also appear.
