| ::Actually, it is, but it works a little differently. You actually have it pictured in the article--ordinarily, the command functions much the same as Time Splicer. It only causes the slow/blur effect when Vanitas is also attacking with it, & if you hit the buttons correctly, you will evade his attacks & slash him away. Again, you can see this in the image the article uses. This is also the only condition under which the command will cause the Command Guage to fill. For some reason, Vanitas does not use it as often as Dark Splicer & Dark Cannon.[[Special:Contributions/75.206.104.221|75.206.104.221]] 05:03, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
