Are we sure that he's referred to in-game as "Felix" and not "Fix-It Felix"? Felix sounds more like what he'd be referred to as a nickname rather than the alternative, and Wreck-It Ralph was referred to as such in Kingdom Hearts III, so I doubt that they would change the naming convention of the two characters in KHUX. - The problem with KHUX is that they don't have any kind of journal or report or anything. So we only get the names from dialogue in cutscenes. And so far, he's only referred to as Felix, and the same goes for Ralph. I haven't completely caught up with the story, though, so it's possible he's called Fix-It Felix later.
