My name is Anon e Mouse Jr., and I'm a Kingdom Hearts fan.

And I've contributed to this wiki before, back when it was part of the Final Fantasy wiki. Mostly on the "How to beat various bosses from the first game" page.

What follows is my list of Keyblades from Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It was in compiling this list that I was able to fill in two of the nearly-blank pages on this wiki. (Note that this has been given a long overdue revision with the English names and other new information as of December 2020.)

Keyblades unique to specific characters:

  • Rainfell (was Rain Fall) - Aqua's default Keyblade.
  • Stormfall (was Rain Storm) - Aqua's later Keyblade, received in the Destiny Islands. Later lost to Terra-Xehanort with her armor, and subsequently stored in the Chamber of Repose in The Castle That Never Was.
  • Destiny's Embrace (was Destiny Place) - a Keyblade received by Aqua after Kairi gives her flowers during their encounter. Riku somehow gained access to this form as well at a later time, turning his Keyblade into the Destiny's Embrace, and gave it to Kairi to use during Kingdom Hearts II
  • Brightcrest (was Bright Crest) - a Keyblade received by Aqua after creating Castle Oblivion from the ruins of the Land of Departure with Master Eraqus's Keyblade.

  • Wayward Wind (was Fresh Breeze) - Ven's default Keyblade.
  • Lost Memory - Ven's later Keyblade, received in the Destiny Islands after he remembers his past as Master Xehanort's apprentice and realizes Vanitas's origin.
  • Frolic Flame (was Rascal Flame) - a Keyblade received by Ven after speaking with Isa and Lea.
  • Wooden Keyblade - a wooden replica of a Keyblade created by Terra and gifted to Ven when they were younger. Ven later added it to the Lost Boys' chest of treasure in Neverland, but it was subsequently stolen and snapped in half by Vanitas.

  • Master's Defender - Master Eraqus's Keyblade. Inherited by Aqua, she used it to turn the Land of Departure into Castle Oblivion; after losing her own Keyblade to Terra-Xehanort, she wielded it until Master Xehanort's final defeat, after which it became Eraqus's grave marker.

  • No Name - Master Xehanort's Keyblade. After his final defeat, it was recovered by Luxu/Xigbar, and was revealed to have formerly belonged to the Master of Masters.

  • Void Gear - Vanitas's Keyblade.
  • Χ-blade - the recreated version used by Vanitas, it was intended to be used to unlock Kingdom Hearts and flood the worlds with darkness, but was ultimately destroyed by Aqua.

Keyblades obtainable by any of the three main characters:
