When does he talk?

According to the Cheshire Cat's page, he is voiced by Jim Cummings. Now, my question is, when does the Cheshire Cat ever talk or make a sound during any of the games? I'm 99% sure he never talks in KH1. If i remember correctly he doesn't talk in Days or Re:Coded either. So, when does he talk?
