Like all consumable items in this game, Ice Creams can only be equipped as {{c|item command|BBS}}s and one slot in the Command Deck can hold three Ice Creams. They must be made at the [[Ice Cream Shop]] using specified [[Flavors]]. Each ice cream can be made as soon as its Flavors are collected, though it cannot be used until its respective Command Style is unlocked, and once the character has made their first batch of an Ice Cream, [[Huey, Dewey, and Louie]] also put the recipe up for sale, so that the character can obtain more ice cream either by spending [[munny]] or through continued mixing. Once [[Terra]], [[Ventus]], or [[Aqua]] obtains each type of Ice Cream available to them, they also receive the [[Sweetstack]].

Minnie: Pete! They voted for you because they believe in you and care about
you. How could you look down on that? I've tried to forgive a lot of things

Horace: Well, it sure as sugar isn't "Justice." Pete never does anythin' for
anybody except Pete. That getup is just an act to get folks to vote for him. He

Minnie: It's part of our Dream Festival. We all vote for who we think the most
