Welcome to the Kingdom Hearts Wiki. If you wish to discuss the contents of an article you can post a message onto its talk page, or if you want to post a message to a particular editor you can use their user talk page. (Please don't ask a question directly in an article, though.)

As for your question about Tyranto Rex, it is an event boss in the Country of the Musketeer during the carriage event, even though it is a normal enemy elsewhere. The reason why you can't see the HP bar in the screenshot is just because the player is not locked onto it, and it is some distance away. You can't automatically see a boss's health unless you're locked onto it or if it's close enough for the targeting reticule to show up.
